Returns

Many of the items we sell are one of a kind and subject to some imperfections. If you would like additional photos or more detailed descriptions on any items before you purchase, please email us at INFO@THEVELVETRACK.COM. 

Exchanges are allowed up to 10 days after purchase date. Exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value. If there is a difference in cost, the balance can be used as store credit for a future purchase. No refunds will be issued. 

If you have received the wrong item or feel that an item is largely misrepresented, contact us to make arrangements--a refund may be offered.
